Tres Versing Festival - Friday Night Pics and Itinerary for Saturday & Sunday
Because it's so much quicker than posting them in this blog, I've uploaded 60 photos from last night's poetry festivities at the Barking Spider in Cleveland to a Facebook album. Kickass poets/performers included emcee Charles Potts (of Walla Walla, Washington), event guru Bree (from Cleveland), poet George Wallace (from NYC), Adam Perry and Irene Joyce from Naropa (Colorado), Valerie Webber (from Montreal), Ralph LaCharity (from Cincinnati), Travis Catsull & Dirk Michener of the Charles Potts Magic Windmill Band (Austin, Texas), and Clevelanders Adam Brodsky, Ben Gulyas, Jim Lang and T.M. Göttl. I videoed a little bit of everything and will try to post some footage as soon as possible - but since this weekend is already full, it's going to have to wait at least a couple of days.
Here are just a few favorite photos from last night - followed by an itinerary for the rest of the weekend:
