I'm Featured in the Field Guide - and then there were 600
Today, I'm being featured in the NEO Poet Field Guide on the ClevelandPoetics blog! Check it out at http://clevelandpoetics.blogspot.com/2009/06/neo-poet-field-guide.html. You'll find my poem "Karma Souptra" there as well.I'm also happy to announce that we've now reached the 600 post mark in the Crisis Chronicles Online Library. So far in June, I've added works by Franz Kafka, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Aristotle, Thoreau, Robert Herrick, Ray McNiece and Tongue-in-Groove, Edna St. Vincent Millay, William Carlos Williams, Ernest Hemingway, Plato, Emily Dickinson, Percy Bysshe Shelley, Irving Berlin, Carl Sandburg, Matthew Arnold, Gertrude Stein, and Abraham Lincoln. Visit the library at http://library.crisischronicles.com and explore using the category archives in the left side bar there. Or click here if you just want to see what's been added so far this month. Since the first anniversary of the Online Library isn't until June 18th, we've reached 600 earlier than orginally planned. So maybe we should aim for another random number... like 666... or 777.
Seriously, though, I need to get cracking on the Fuck Poetry periodical now - especially since my hard drive and printer issues are resolved. More information on that will be coming soon - but I'm very pleased with how it's turning out so far.
Peace and poetry,
John

Congratulations. I predict that you will eventually become the home-grown poet laureate of Elyria.
