Books Gotten Since Mid-December
I've gotten a lot of books in the past month — some as direct gifts, a couple bought outright, a few picked up via www.paperbackswap.com and the majority chosen using a gift certificate from Mom. Here they are, in no particular order. Many many thanks!

Obviously, a lot to be excited about! Thanks again! And I'll see you in 2011 — when I've finished devouring them.

Sigh. Left a comment and it didn't come through. Too lazy to try again this morning. Anyways, I just got four technical books that are going to turn me into hamburger.

That happens every once in a while with my site - generally when GoDaddy is "upgrading" the blog software. Quite frustrating....

Hey, thanks for turning me on to paperbackswap. Their printable postage feature looks pretty convenient. You may wanna check out bookmooch, too (http://bookmooch.com/).
I've gotta pile of paperbacks to liquidate. Guess the problem with using those services is that I'll still end up with a pile, though! :-O

I feel very fortunate - tickled pink, even.
Now I just have to find the time to actually read.

Another I recently got and failed to list (because it was in the other room when I was going through the stack) is Haiku Humor: Wit and Folly in Japanese Poems and Prints - a very cool book.

The Haiku humor one sounds interesting.. is it an illustrated book? It sounds like it.
