Of Mice and Basement
Today, while looking to see if my step-father left his torch in our basement, I discovered that our hot water tank was leaking. Since he's a plumber, I called him and he immediately came over and fixed it (thank you!).
I also found a couple critters that Jamie's cat Sassy (who resides in our basement, since Geri's allergic to felines) apparently fixed first. Here's one:

I find there's a beauty that remains in mice even when dead. But then, I've included many a dead mouse in my art.
I'm trying to get a cd of 14 Smith / Apartment One jams that I can give you tonight if we can get out of the house, or definitely Sunday if not. Some of the songs are rather good in their odd way, especially considering there's likely no worse singer in the world than me.
